Yes. Upgrades are prorated based on your remaining billing period. Changes take effect immediately.

No. Every plan includes the full platform: bill vetting, guidelines builder, clause library, AI drafting, LEDES import, spend dashboard, reports, and email output. Plans only differ by seat count, monthly invoice volume, document retention window, and support level.

What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?
